Service Limitations: SIL Logistics reserves the right to refuse service, terminate accounts, or cancel orders at its discretion, including, but not limited to, cases where we believe that customer conduct violates applicable law or is harmful to our interests.
Booking and Payment
Booking Confirmation: Once you book a service with us, you will receive a confirmation outlining the details of your consignment and the estimated costs.
Payment Terms: Payment for services must be made as specified in the booking confirmation. We accept various payment methods, including credit/debit cards and bank transfers. Payment terms will be detailed in your invoice.

Collection and Delivery
Collection: We aim to collect consignments within 60 minutes of booking confirmation, subject to availability and location. Customers must ensure that consignments are ready for collection at the agreed time and place.
Delivery: We strive to deliver consignments as quickly and safely as possible. Estimated delivery times are provided at the time of booking, but delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances.
Direct Delivery: We guarantee direct delivery without additional loads, ensuring that your consignment is delivered without unnecessary stops or delays.
Liability and Insurance
Insurance Coverage: SIL Logistics provides insurance coverage for consignments up to £50,000. Additional insurance can be arranged upon request.
Limitation of Liability: Our liability for any loss or damage to consignments is limited to the insured amount. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services.
Exclusions: SIL Logistics is not responsible for any loss or damage resulting from:
- Acts of God, natural disasters, or other force majeure events.
- Improper packaging or labeling by the customer.
- Perishable items or goods that deteriorate due to delays beyond our control.
Customer Obligations
Accurate Information: Customers must provide accurate and complete information regarding the consignment, including dimensions, weight, and special handling instructions.
Packaging: Customers are responsible for ensuring that consignments are properly packaged to withstand the rigors of transport. SIL Logistics is not liable for damage caused by inadequate packaging.
Compliance: Customers must comply with all applicable laws and regulations related to the consignment, including customs and import/export requirements.
